I was contacted by so many people during this refinance it was ridiculous and it was hard trying to contact people for help. I lost months of savings because the process took so long. Im very disappointed in PennyMac.
Was told multiple times we had all paperwork in only to have another representative say we needed more paperwork. Also they contacted a place I don’t even work at for verification of employment!
It was a good experience
They were very patient with me and the problems with my other provider. It took a few months alot of yelling crying on my part with the other provider. Barry listened and we finally worked the problems out/
Repetitive asks for documents, which necessitated calls to PennyMac to check and get clarity. Otherwise straightforward experience with expected results.
Everyone was very kind helping me when I did not understand they would explain to me until I understood.I am not great with computers they took the time to walk me through everything.
