Real easy. Communication was very good
I don't think it should have cost as much as it did to take on the original mortgage, I definitely do not think I got the best deal. I also do not believe that it should cost what it did to refinance with the same company that already had the title and paperwork. I feel very ripped off but ultimately we are where we need to be. Brittany Jones and her associates were professional and efficient.
More clear on the closing cost and the points we bought still not sure how that works
