From start to finish PennyMac’s team provided accurate and timely information to make the home buying process easier. Yuri answered MANY financial questions with patience and accuracy. Ms. Hamilton answered MANY questions as well and checked in frequently ensuring things went smoothly. She put in extra effort to ensure closing on time which was stalled last minute due to a hold up on our end. She is absolutely wonderful!
