A customer service approach would have been very helpful. There were a number of interpersonal communication issues with different individuals throughout the loan process that could have been remedied along the way instead of being allowed to impede the progress of the application processing.

Good communication when needed and quick results
Mark Stallings was great, Portia Dear was amazing. I only spoke with Nick Mayer once and he was very good also. I’m very disappointed that I was not informed of the turnover of my closing from Portia to Nick. I only found out because I called with a question. Portia was a great resource.
Lori always answered any questions promptly and politely. Found her a pleasure to work with.
Not asking for the same pay stubs multiple times. Waiting till the end of the process to tell me its showing I'm on leave from my job but yet you had all my paystubs showing that made no since.
