Whenever I spoke with Chaix or any other PennyMac representative, it was always great and she was very helpful. My primary issues were that I was always the one fetching information and having to call to get updates. My closing experience was also mishandled and it delayed closing for a week despite me calling in to pennymac to confirm that everything was all set (because title company was telling me otherwise). The Penny Mac team made the refinance process quick and easy. They provided regular updates throughout the process, and our questions were answered promptly. The application portal made it so convenient to upload documents and check our application status.

Dasha Jones was AMAZING! She communicated clearly and regularly, answer all questions promptly, and she fought for me in the end when my closing date was moved. I had already provided documents that were cleared and then requested a second time, which delayed my closing. That was NOT Dasha's fault, and she did everything she could to resolve the situation. I wish everyone had someone like her to take them through the loan process. She is excellent!
