I communicated my active duty overseas limitations as well as dates that I was going to be on travel from Day 1 yet all concerned parties from both Penny Mac and Old Republic Title had to be repeated informed or reminded and their seemed to be no regard for those circumstances. In addition, both Penny Mac and Old Republic Title continued to try to force me to conduct this closing by taking unnecessary steps that only made it more difficult for me.
