Communication. I had only one phone call, I had to keep calling in and no return calls out side of one in the very beginning when I requested to speak to a supervisor. I received one call from the person that was to see me through the loan and never heard from him again. I had to keep calling in to ask what to expect, due to not having the information explained to me and no one keeping in touch.
The entire team took the time to make sure we understood everything and quickly helped us close on our loan.

Response to e-mails so both spouses were aware of the same information. Clearer communication on the process as a whole instead of piecemeal. It did get better at the end but that seemed to be after frustrations were communicated to other service sources.
