Chavaya was communicative and showed up on time. She was very personable and made all the paperwork quick and easy to get through. Instead of it being a chore, it was pleasant. She had a copy all ready prepared for me and clearly articulated what each sheet was so I could understand it. The easiest process for a house I’ve ever been through!

Joseph was really nice and pleasant to talk to. One piece of advice is he needs to slow down and enunciate when speaking. I had to keep asking him not to talk so fast. 😁
