Our loan officer/processor Leon Lamothe was great. He kept us informed on all of the documents that we needed to send him and had lots of patience while we did that. Thanks Deon for being so helpful through our refinancing process.

The only person I worked with who did a good job and seemed to know what they were doing was Amy Vollemer. It is because of her that we kept our loan with pennymac. Everyone else was unprofessional and in my opinion not fit to be in their position.
