I couldn't always get to the documents in the emails because the chat button was in the way.
A more personal feeling would have been nice. it also would have been nice if initial contact would have taken time to review expectations prior to completeing appluc as tion process.
Less duplication as well as not asking for items that did not apply (which slowed the process while I had to convince that they were not needed).

It was very easy. I did it all from a cell phone from my recliner. Suzanne was so helpful. She checked in by phone on a regular basis. She answered my questions in a fashion that was clear and easy to understand. Overall it was a much better experience over my last refinance with your organization.

I chose PENNYMAC to refinance my house knowing I could have gone to any lender. I spent 22k in fees. I could’ve given that money to anyone. The reason I wanted to work with PENNYMAC again was because the first time I bought this house, the customer service was amazing. This time is was awful. In the beginning it felt rushed and I wanted general information first before running credit.
