Homeowners insurance documentation was incorrect although we sent the correct info with plenty of time for underwriting to approve. Called a loan officer and flagged issue before closing and it was not corrected.
The first person that took my initial information and application said my closing cost would only be $4,500. but they turned out to be $6,900. The manager ( Bruce James) told me he would refund my appraisal fee but instead, they increased my closing cost and they then showed the appraisal fee was deducted from there . NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD The Prosserer ( Yester Gazdian) was very good and helpful
That a lot of the paper process could be done online and when we called to get an answer, Yester always talked to us.

Not sure who Amanda Rowe is but my team was David and Jazmin.
Start to finish it took almost 5 months. Had it not been for the excessive amount of emails, I would have forgotten we even started it. The notary showed up with the wrong closing papers, and now that everything is done, I'm STILL getting emails from PennyMac on how they can lower my rate (it's redundant, we just did this, stop with the emails).
