Lattice was very clear and responsive to all the questions we had. She stayed in constant communication and made the refinance process very easy. I would recommend her to anyone going through the refinance process.
Veronica was very nice and pleasant to speak with, every time we spoke on the phone was beneficial. I wish there had been more communication about what was needed from each document requested. I had to call in or email back questions many times, and often times send back documents more than once. Overall it was a positive experience as we were able to close the loan. As already Pennymac costumer I didn’t doubt it in get my second mortgage with them. My experience has been always great. I started the process of buying a new home since March 2021.
