A more personal feeling would have been nice. it also would have been nice if initial contact would have taken time to review expectations prior to completeing appluc as tion process.
Less duplication as well as not asking for items that did not apply (which slowed the process while I had to convince that they were not needed).

A customer service approach would have been very helpful. There were a number of interpersonal communication issues with different individuals throughout the loan process that could have been remedied along the way instead of being allowed to impede the progress of the application processing.
It was very easy. I did it all from a cell phone from my recliner. Suzanne was so helpful. She checked in by phone on a regular basis. She answered my questions in a fashion that was clear and easy to understand. Overall it was a much better experience over my last refinance with your organization.
Very grateful to have worked with Rosario on our new home! She communicates extremely well, does what she says and very dependable. Highly recommend!

I chose PENNYMAC to refinance my house knowing I could have gone to any lender. I spent 22k in fees. I could’ve given that money to anyone.
