The Penny Mac team made the refinance process quick and easy. They provided regular updates throughout the process, and our questions were answered promptly. The application portal made it so convenient to upload documents and check our application status.
Five Stars from start to finish! Everyone I worked with at Pennymac was knowledgeable, informative, and patient. Everything was unbelievably easy to navigate and when I did have questions, I never had to backtrack. Every person I spoke with could see the history of activity on my loan and was able to answer my questions quickly. I would highly recommend Pennymac.
This process of giving each borrower a team and then having a single point of contact in that team is extremely helpful. My team lead contacted me the same time once a week on our agreed time. They were also extremely respondent to any questions/concerns I had in the interim. I felt comfortable and in control through the entire process!!!!
The overall loan process was fast and in a timely manner.
Dasha Jones was AMAZING! She communicated clearly and regularly, answer all questions promptly, and she fought for me in the end when my closing date was moved. I had already provided documents that were cleared and then requested a second time, which delayed my closing. That was NOT Dasha's fault, and she did everything she could to resolve the situation. I wish everyone had someone like her to take them through the loan process. She is excellent!
