Multiple requests for the same documents. Did not seem that various PennyMac teams communicated resulting in a Closing reschedule.
Everything was handled professionally
Grace was fine but she was assigned to my file, as my original POC was out sick, to just get it over the hump. Her communication was adequate overall given the situation.
Overall the process was super easy. I do not believe that the process was communicated clearly and there is room for improvement there. Additionally, there were too many different people assigned to my account which required me to send documentation to several people through different methods. This was in fact, a very negative part of the experience. Overall, Grace was exceptional even if this process was not so great.
Great communication, easy access to the online page and uploading documents.

Ms Mack called me weekly with updates which was great. The whole team from start to finish was very courteous and helpful with any questions I had. I never felt my call was an inconvenience. We actually closed earlier that originally planned so was very impressed with that.
PennyMac is fully experienced with VA funding and applications. This is the 4th time I've used them. Great folks to work with. Vincent Cooper, our Loan Originator & Amanda Rowe are beyond fantastic. Thanks for supporting us.
