There were several issues that arose by the team not communicating with me, and I felt like I had to keep pushing for information. And my agent and title company kept giving me different information than pennymac and it seems like my penny max team wasn’t up to date
I was approved to close and was assured that I could close by April 13 by the first processing agent Tracy. I confirm that all my papers were in and everything was good to go the only thing was missing was my insurance binder. I sent that two weeks prior to closing and was assured that everything was fine. REBECCA was very efficient, friendly, helpful, but most of all very quick to return our phone calls and answer our emails.
