Communication was the problem and to many emails and iam still getting emails about signing papers, the loan is done ,when will the emails stop
I was very pleased with it all.
I started my loan process on April 4th, Evelyn and Jorge was really great, they was all about closing this loan. The process only took them 18 days to close out my loan, it was truly unbelievable I would recommend Pennymac to everyone. 5 stars all the way

Painless, no issues to mention..
If Sandi McMillin were allowed to handle the entire process things would have proceeded much smoother. All the confusion seemed to come from other sources. Sandi held everything together, I might have given up and gone with another company if not for her.
Jon Paider and Bailey Greene were truly professional in every aspect of the loan process And made me feel comfortable and at ease from beginning to end. And I personally thank them both
The experience was as easy as possible. I loved the fact that Paul called me weekly, even if nothing were needed, just to check if I had any questions. Very proactive.
