Sandrea Allen and Shalimar Santiago were nothing short of amazing!!! Never have I received such wonderful customer service in my entire life. They were, professional, patient, understanding, and relentless in regards to getting me to the closing cash back # that I wanted. I literally didn't think they would be able to pull it off, but they surpassed my expectations!! Communicating was just off.. I chose pennymac to make things easier and it was the opposite. I would go days with no update or response to my emails. I could have went to a local broker and received way better service.. Nancy was nice , but felt like she didn't help with certain concerns through the loan process or communicate for days at a time
Kristina was very timely and thorough in all her communications with me. I appreciated her attentiveness to my questions and her promptness in responding. Thank you, Kristina! You are a terrific representative of the MAC TEAM!
