The closing process was really quick and convenient. Schedule the closing, a notary contacts you so you know where to meet them. 15 minutes there and I had signed everything. She was very knowledgeable and efficient.
Refinancing is stressful it is not Pennmac fault. Nothing they could have change to make it better.
