Great job!
The refinance process was well managed, though my initial advisor couldn’t be reached, there was a team willing and able to respond to any concerns. The only hiccup -which wasn’t major-was that I was told to have a witness at closing which apparently is not necessary in Florida. Overall, I’m glad I chose Pennymac.
My experience with the staff at Pennymac was pleasant and helpful. Whenever I had questions, they were answered without judgment and with a high level of certainty and competence. I cannot imagine a more pleasant and easy experience for refinance.
Overall, a great experience. Only issue we ran into was our tax exemption forms were never updated on loan docs for closing.
The process was made easy and it was done on a timely basis. Thank y’all.

Because the title company didn’t do their job and properly research my property taxes, the closing didn’t match what Pennymac sent me via email. Liam is still working to correct it and I hope to see a resolution this week. He and Brock have been most helpful.
