It was all clear and straight forward. Didn't have any hangups and I was kept informed about what was going on during the whole process
Initial process is fairly simple; communication contacts did change but once Edna took over it was fine. Some miscommunication over some requested documents but once it was cleared up then it went smoothly from there.
Edna reminded me to stop my automatic draft for my previous mortgage. This is something that I needed to be reminded to do.

Sara was very awesome but the things that happened where out of her hands. My closing was held up 3 weeks because the people who verify employment do not care and did a very poor job! I had to contact Kevin on several different occasions to ask him to talk to the person who verified employment to get off their lazy *** and make a simple call so we could get the loan closed as this was the only thing needed in that delayed 3 week period! I provided my employers name and number at least 9 times and found out the person googled... read more

Overall a great experience.
Alex fields was great and very responsive! Once Ashton got involved, the response time was much slower and sometimes I had to ask the same questions more than once. Also, several questions were not answered clearly and she would end each email by saying please reach out with any questions, which was both ironic and frustrating. I’m happy with the end result, but Alex Field was the most helpful and informative in this process.
