The refinance process was well managed, though my initial advisor couldn’t be reached, there was a team willing and able to respond to any concerns. The only hiccup -which wasn’t major-was that I was told to have a witness at closing which apparently is not necessary in Florida. Overall, I’m glad I chose Pennymac.
