Once Amanda got involved things went very well... the problems were all from the beginning of the process... applied in end of October and ball was dropped for 6 weeks with no progress then had to start over from the beginning

Communication repetitive request for same info or say we need to sign things that were signed I understand alot Penny Mac already has part of why I went with them. I could of jumped through all the hoops with some one else for a better rate but I thought would go easier cause you already had everything. Believe me it won't happen again
