I tried several time to contact Eric Luna about rolling my credit card into my refinance but he never returned my calls as a result it never happened. When I got messages from Penney Mac about documents I still had to submit she didn't say which documents and they weren't on the portal so I had to wait until she called me again to ask which documents and then they appeared on the portal so I could upload them. Destini. Schroder was the one helped me the most.
Communication and customer service
Will was very helpful and responsive during the start process, and throughout the loan going through underwriting Lirm was wonderful. Very responsive keeping me aware of changes and updates. Penny Mac is very lucky to have him as an employee.
Liem is very professional and proactive. Is an asset for your company.
Letting us know all expectations up front and ahead of time, such as inspections, water testing, appraisal and anything that might have increased our homes value. Also having enough time for repairs or requests following the appraisal. We were rushed to complete those things.

I didn't like talking with a different representative every time I called. The reps were polite, professional and knowledgeable. But I felt like I was having to explain the same requests over each time I called PENNYMAC. I did not like having to talk to a different individual every time I called.
