Crystal was the only reason I gave 5 stars, she was very responsive and helpful. I was not pleased in the beginning, but once Crystal was brought on to the team I felt much more comfortable and valued. Crystal is awesome.
Communication throughout the process. I was left a message advising what would happen . The message stated I would hear from her weekly but I never heard from her until the night before my closing date about a needed document and this was via email. Just completely no communication at all .

Michael the awesome. The PennyMac team overseas dropped the ball many times but, Micheal was able to fix their errors. Having some loan operations outsourced to another country made the process confusing. Please keep all the jobs in the US to avoid the confusion. Without Micheal, we would have gone with another lender.
The process was very easy.
There were issues with people not calculating our income correctly resulting in a denial after we thought everything was done.
