PennyMac provided great service with my refinance. What the shock was numerous phone calls and letters demanding me to stop working with PennyMac and call them for a better loan. How is my information of refinancing with PennyMac getting out to many other loan companies?
The Is the patience and customer service that Amanda showed went up and beyond. She made sure that I stayed up to speed on everything. She made sure that I was comfortable and answered any concerns I had by always following up with me. Making sure things stayed on track was also very important to me and she made sure that they did.
Very good experience. Very quick process from start to finish
I discovered an escrow issue that was totally not my fault and that is still unresolved, exreamly poor communication and a very slow process dealing with this issue. I was told my cash to close was xxx amount, and changed drastically with every other phone call. I dont understand how the same company refinancing my loan, who had my information......still screwed my name up and did nothing to correct it, even after being told several times it was wrong!
