Candice Williams was not the reason for my unpleasant experience. My first application was denied and a MAC Team member named Mario never ever communicated with me one time. A document I submitted with no guidance from anyone from PennyMac was given to the underwriters and I was denied. I received an email that said credit denied, please review these documents on the portal. The docs I reviewed did not explain anything at all, and I did not realize my application was denied/canceled on Dec. 29. I was due to close on Jan... read more
