Easy to work with
This being the third mortgage for the same property I felt as though it was the first, with some of the same documents I submitted previously were once again required to bring the loan to closure.
Duplicate document asks and needing more docs even after closing when I left for vacation.

the process is simple and easy. only area of improvement would be sharing the documents and folders. sometime i get confusion on what the doucment is related to and why should we needed. Otherwise it is aswesome
