Miscommunications re: signing docs. I asked for a call re: closing from the original Loan rep. NEVER HAPPENED
It was a breeze.
The automated requests could have been clearer and tailored to our "Streamline VA" loan better. The robo emails were constantly asking for stuff we were to ignore. But otherwise a great experience.

I was told that my loan would close by a certain date, but it did not. I was also initially told I was locked in at 3.374% with 0.121 closing points, but that turned into a half point more closing points because my appraisal was not accurate and I have no control over that.
I all ready had a loan through PennyMac so they had a lot of my information, and I needed to update some items, so it was pretty smooth.
As I kept telling everyone, my computer is broken and it is too hard to read documents on my phone. But I kept getting them! Darrell was very nice and seemed eager to please. S Bass 2092
