Kayla was really instrumental in putting the entire thing together and saving the situation at the last minute. I had special circumstances preventing me from signing the closing documents at the normal deadline. Kayla was instrumental in getting the deadline extended for me to meet my consideration.
PennyMac did a great job closing our cash out loan quickly. They worked with me to resolve issues when my documents would upload, their IT resolved the issue and submitted everything for me in just a few minutes.
