Our refinancing processes didn't take long. I remember receiving the call because the rates dropped unexpectedly, and I was asked to move quickly; however, it was the best decision we made. We close in two weeks times frame and it was not a stressful process since they already had all our information.

Latasha was excellent to work with, there seemed to be some breakdowns on follow through at the end. I did not feel it was from Latasha, seemed more like a system problem. The org. closing disclosure was incorrect based on a conversation I had with someone who was not listed as part of my team. Although Joe got on the call by the end. Something got lost in the translation and the original docs were incorrect. I spoke with Latasha to resolve the issue and she was very helpful. the old docs were left up and I was sent ... read more
