I keep getting the sruvey for Chaix and I am not sure who he/she was in the process... overall I am happy the loan closed.
Penny Mac stayed professional even when things did not add up they stopped everything went back to were thing turned confusing and straightened it out then picked it back up were we left off and if one person could not explain it right they had other team members to help out to get it all understood for all parties.
