I’ve never had more courteous and people that made a loan process be so good, I shouldn’t say good I should say great. Everybody that I talk to and the people that help me throughout the process were nothing but courteous answered all my questions and the process went very very well. I now have two lol‘s with Penny Mac and if I buy a house in St. George you’ll get a call from me again. Thank you for the experience it was good as it gets, you people are the greatest. Porsche was supposed to get our closing docs out and was working in the wrong loan account. She delayed our closing. And was not helpful and never called back like she said she would.
