I am still waiting to see if everything is taken care of. The main issue is still pending. Everyone was nice and tried to help, bit that could be the problem... The easiest closing we have ever had. And the mobile Notary Public Brittany was so nice, friendly, funny and well-prepared that the signing process was not only fast, but also fun!
After JP Pettus, there were too many (and confusing) people in the process! Also at 78, I am not computer savvy (have only an iPhone mini) and never got into your website. I prefer a one on one experience in all my business affairs.

Some confusion within the loan team as far as submitted documentation
There were delays and errors but we are glad that they were promptly addressed and resolved. Overall it went very well. Thank You!
It would have been a much better experience if it weren't a 118 day process. No explanation for the delays, only calls indicating no update. That is just as frustrating as not knowing or hearing from anyone the status. Online should have a day clock to understand a typical process and what day we are on and perhaps an explanation as to why it is held up. The only positive is that the team didn't have excuses, they simply had no valuable feedback. Not likely to recommend.
