Although there were a couple bumps in the road, everything was worked out to my satisfaction and overall it was a very good experience and a quick close.
Easy, painless
This was my first refinancing on my first home. I had no idea what was involved or how the process worked, but I was immediately put at ease and all my questions were answered promptly. At no point did I feel my barrage of questions were annoying or stupid. This extends not only to the refinancing but from day one when PennyMac acquired servicing on my loan, every interaction has been positive and ended with one of those "pleasant conversation" smiles at the end of the call.
