More person-to-person communications, rather than just leaving phone messages. Also, it seemed like a number of PennyMac people kept contacting us by email, some of which did not know the status of our loan application or what their role in it was supposed to be.
All went great with our refinance
We were passed from our original loan officer to another and we felt like the closing disclosures that we received over the couple of weeks were all over the place. My husband had to call to talk through the numbers. At one point the closing funds were up to $30k and we almost went with another company. Overall the experience was just okay.
I like that everything was communicated clearly from beginning to the end.

It was all Edward. He walked me through so I knew how to fill in the forms and get them filed quickly. He touched base with me every week to keep me well informed on how the loan was progressing. I had no surprises. Thank you Edward for making my refinancing a complete pleasure.
