More personal focus. Obviously dealing with too many applications at same time. Multiple requests from different people for same documents already submitted. Overall processes need improvement. Employees were not knowledgeable and need more training. Overall experience extremely frustrating. Expected refinancing with same company to be easier. Penny Mac did not communicate well and made a mistake on our loan terms
Very smooth
If I had been asked to rate Andrea Flores my answers would have been very different. I received multiple inaccurate closing statements and my impression was the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. Andrea Flores was the person who I trusted to give me the correct information and help me through the lengthy process.
