I had a previously unpleasant experience in 2020 when we tried to refinance through Pennymac. This previous experience made up for it thanks to Kristina White. She was wonderful and reassuring.

I have been trying to reach my "team" and can't seem to get them. There was a with-drawl from my bank account in the amount of $1719.4, my old monthly loan amount. I was told that there was not going to be a payment for February but would start in March 1st with the new monthly loan amount. I need my account credited with the $1719.41.
