Nancy was very professional and nice. The process was smooth up until the last few days. We feel like communicating good have been better. We were projected to close on Friday, 14 Jan. 22. Due to a a glitch with the appraiser, we did not finally close until4 pm 18 Jan 22 ( this was a holiday weekend). We lost 5 days of moving . This greatly impacted events (movers, U haul rental, moving out of rental etc). The appraiser provided a note to PennyMac on 10 Jan that a picture was needed to complete appraisal.
