I was dreading refinancing because of how difficult it would be. It was so much better than I thought. Staff was always thorough and helpful.
Great communication between the team and closing costs were decreased. Great experience.
Things were great at the beginning with Ashlyn the loan specialist assigned to close the deal on the refinance. After we agreed to proceed, I feel like the process and customer service expectations declined substantially. It would have been nice to have had the same level of support and attention throughout the process and not just at the beginning to win our business.

I really never heard much from Janet. She didnt really help the process any more. She never really communicated what the details of the loan were going to be.
