The online system to enter documents is not the most user friendly, which resulted in sending documents via email. It would be easier to just send everything via email.

For all the reasons previously asked about in this survey - we had a great experience..! We will be with PennyMac for the foreseeable future and so appreciate this opportunity so support our families continued stability during such uncertain times! My only critique of the online portal would be - can you make it to where people can upload documents once the process is underway? We were requested to include some documents a couple of times and it would have been nice to be able to upload them independently of using email. ... read more
