Things were great at the beginning with Ashlyn the loan specialist assigned to close the deal on the refinance. After we agreed to proceed, I feel like the process and customer service expectations declined substantially. It would have been nice to have had the same level of support and attention throughout the process and not just at the beginning to win our business.
Prompt and great reception.
Loan officer and loan processor were fantastic. Credit analysts sometime not clear about what they needed (or why).
Pamela Wilcox was professional, attentive and friendly. She responded with integrity and compassionate when the loan process was delayed due to circumstances beyond her control and scope. I appreciated and respected her efforts.
The online system to enter documents is not the most user friendly, which resulted in sending documents via email. It would be easier to just send everything via email.
Great experience, exceeded my expectations in terms of task follow up, communication, clarity of the process and closing scheduling.
