Cindy assistance was above my expectations. She took time to keep me informed on the progression of my loan approval and answered each of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand. Should I need to go through the loan process again in the future, I'd definitely appreciate working with her once again.

The only problem was the closing. The title company had wrong information on documents.
