I had no problem with Nancy Shead, she was very pleasant to work with and communicated timely and when necessary. My problem lies with the previous Loan Officer/Processor. Every person that I worked with at PennyMac was extremely friendly. I can't stress that enough. They employ a really great group of people. I received responses to e-mails and phone calls quickly and accurately. Overall, it was a great experience.
