I had no problem with Nancy Shead, she was very pleasant to work with and communicated timely and when necessary. My problem lies with the previous Loan Officer/Processor. The same documents were requested on multiple occasions, different documents were requested weeks later which should have been requested initially, thereby dragging out the conditional approval, although out of the lenders control, the appraisal report took almost a month to retrieve and rather than leaning toward another option, we allowed closing to be... read more

Every person that I worked with at PennyMac was extremely friendly. I can't stress that enough. They employ a really great group of people. I received responses to e-mails and phone calls quickly and accurately. Overall, it was a great experience.
