I'm a current customer of PennyMac, this is my 2nd refi with PennyMac. Each time nice and smooth. PennyMac worked around my schedule. I highly recommend their services.
Wait times on hold we’re always long. I found it very difficult to send all info. And emails were duplicated many times. Poor communication most of the time.

Multiple documentation received during closing had different information from the original closing document sent by email. The address on the last package is wrong.
So my experience with Kristina and Pascal were wonderful. Answered all my questions and kept me updated with the process the entire time. However, my experience with Hannah Brown was completely opposite. She ghosted me 2 weeks into the process and would not return my calls or emails to the point that my loan application expired and I had to restart with Pascal.
Overall process was great!
