My experience with Penny Mac was great and I would do it again. The only thing I didn't like about the communication process was that I was rarely available when Kristy would call me. When I would call back, I would never get to talk to her. I think I actually talked to Kristy one time during the whole process. Wait times on hold we’re always long. I found it very difficult to send all info. And emails were duplicated many times. Poor communication most of the time.
