The process took too long. at least one fee that I was told would be removed, ended up in the closing documents. Mariela was wonderful, but the title review was messed up and took too long.
We don’t expected that fast to process our loan. Thank you so much penny Mac team! God bless yea all
PennyMac was great. Sanders was Fantastic. The process ran smoothly.
Robyn was very professional and answered all my questions. And if she didn't know the answer she quickly found the answer. She made the process stress and hassle free. Robyn's customer service was impeccable and it was a joy to speak to her literally every week.
Thank you!
Great communication and service. Very pleased
Sandrea is the consummate professional. She provided timely updates, followed up on my behalf as needed and made the process smooth. I’ve closed many mortgages but this was hands down the best overall experience, ever!
Great all the way
PennyMac matched a prime rate and worked with us to get everything done and settled with no issues.
