The process took too long. at least one fee that I was told would be removed, ended up in the closing documents. Mariela was wonderful, but the title review was messed up and took too long.
Other than the delay on title, everything went as expected.

I know that covid has effected almost every work place. If Tracy wasn't available, another person was always super helpful! It was sort of a crazy closing due to covid hitting the closing place as well, but we got it done!
Everything went very smoothly (once it was clarified that not all green cards have expiration dates) and the process was completed ahead of time.

Sandrea is the consummate professional. She provided timely updates, followed up on my behalf as needed and made the process smooth. I’ve closed many mortgages but this was hands down the best overall experience, ever!
