Having a person who is in charge of an account is great until they are gone for any amount of time and there is no one to help finish your process. Specifically, Tenille was away at the end of our loan process and the other people I spoke with had no idea about my loan or the specifics with my closing. Quick and friendly kept me updated
Working with the members of the team was great. Had consistent communication throughout the process. Only complaint I have is instead of paying creditors directly or depositing funds into my account i received paper checks. So now i am having to research where to send these checks and have to pay for certified insured shipping for each check. Hopefully in the future penny mac will rethink this process.
Edward was very patient with me while I asked a million questions and even brought my Mom in on the calls. He made sure I was understanding each and every process before I signed anything. He was available every time I called outside of when he wasn’t in the office or he called me right back. He was the best person for me to work with in my opinion.
Greatest customer service ever received . The communication was excellent over all and was updated constantly which kept me in the loop. Definitely will send future costumers
Some confusion between PennyMac and the title company re: home survey info, loan payoff process, etc., but overall, great!
