It has nothing to do with Danyell. She did a great job providing customer service. It’s the PennyMac process itself. They just take over & They decide how much of your equity money they will send to whom. I had it all mapped out how I wanted funds to be distributed & asked to be included in the conversation. I was told more than once “they don’t do it that way”. My impression is PennyMac is not accustomed to dealing with responsible clients. tennile Hamilton was very professional and informative, but for future reference, although once you make a call to Penny Mac, it states that any loan office can attend your loan process, I highly recommend that it should be one individual, as opposed to another person, to prevent any lost of communication,
