Very easy process. And the representative Deon Made sure I had everything I needed to complete the application definitely worth it.
Kristina and the Penny Mac Team were professional, precise and expedient in the refinance of my home.
Good service and communication, the closing was not smooth.
Great communication and friendly environment
Theresa Henry was also very helpful and did a wonderful job !
Easy and fast
All the different departments did not communicate with each other. They didn’t even know that I was already a penneymac customer. So they had most documents needed as they had access to all of my tax and insurance info.
Great experience!
Thanks for assist
