Title company did not have all (Proceeds authorization form) the documents necessary to close. To this date we have yet to hear from them how to get the proceeds to us.
Good service and communication, the closing was not smooth.
I received conflicting emails from a different person than Jacob and when I tried to clarify what was going on no one knew what I was talking about.

Easy and fast
On the day of the close, the rep was 90 minutes late and offered no apology for it. This needs to be addressed.
The whole experience was really great.
There was confusion on the original agent communicated as to what was actually needed by the closing officer. I was told some of the documented material were waved and then the closing office had to keep checking with the original agent for clarification.
