Penny Mac took the stress out of the process from me with their mortgage knowledge and explanation of how it will get done.
On the day of the close, the rep was 90 minutes late and offered no apology for it. This needs to be addressed.

Zanetta Hoffman was very pleasant, professional and clearly understood when we made phone contact with her......other times when we needed to forward concerns to the "MAC Team", things were not always handled as clearly and professionally as expected.
