Kristina provided exceptional support. The process went well. My only concern was that the final closing costs were approximately $1000 more than the estimated closing costs projected at the start of the process.
I was guaranteed a 2.8 interest rate. I closed with a 3.8. To make it even worse, the person responsible flat out denied he offered me 2.8 when that was the reason I went with Pennymac over the other lender. Very dishonest. I will soon be refinancing my loan with someone else and never work with Pennymac again.
Poor communication
information was repeated a few times and i was scheduled to close three different times
Processing my work history was difficult on my end but PennyMac worked it through with me and was a big help also nick grand champ was a great help
The process was very smooth and closing actually happened faster than expected.
I would like to know when funds are going to be available.
Everyone was great, Julie called when she said she would and made sure I knew where I was in the process. She was very upfront and cordial. The whole process was smoother, more convient, and better executed then when I got my original home loan at a brick and mortar local bank. The local bank made me come back multiple times to sign documents they forgot about but with Pennymac the mobile notary came to me and I had my money a week later!
