The whole process was very smooth and communication process was very good. We closed much faster than I expected., which was a nice bonus! This is my 3rd loan with PennyMac, they always do a great job.

Less hands in the pot, dealing with just one or 2 persons from beginning to end. Having all information and procedures listed and conveyed right from the start, to include full explanation of them to the understanding of the costumer! I won't lie this process has been the roughest one ever in refinancing my home! I will say this though those that did help made sure to correct and give 110% in ensuring that this closing happened! I thank them very much and it ensured that I didn't find business services elsewhere.

Communication was unclear and untimely. Many mistakes. Documents incorrect. EXTREMELY LONG TIME TO CLOSE! Management was made aware of mistakes and laughed them off. Documents requested multiple times. Seemed like no one had any idea how to handle our refinance.

My whole experience with PennyMac, from my first call with Chris up to our closing was so smooth and easy I can hardly believe it. I received weekly calls and emails from all parties involved. Every time I had a question it was answered almost immediately. We closed 26 days after we initiated the process! This has been my best experience with a financial institution to date. Thank you!
