Great communication and service.
The refi process went very smooth.
The process to refinance was so easy and fast. Everyone I worked with were very knowledgable and friendly.
Everything went just as planned,prompt and in a timely manner. Thank you
dealing with one loan officer, not having to send the same documentation over and over
I have received absolutely no correspondence from anybody about closing. This process has been lengthy and difficult. A few weeks into the process our application was withdrawn for NO reason so we had to start over from the beginning. When I had questions for the “MAC Team” the lady who called was incredibly rude and impatient and made me feel stupid for having a question. I will never do business with pennymac again. Please have somebody call me to let me know if the loan has closed.
Really good service. Always room for improvement but overall really nice to work with.
Not sure if overall experience affected by pandemic and PennyMac employees working from home or not. I feel there were several communication issues between groups that required me to explicitly refuse to sign documents due to inaccurate information that did not get resolved when PM informed. eg. Loan officer informed that percentage rate was wrong, but I was contacted by two other individuals asking me to esign the docs. I feel this back and forth and lack of communication prolonged the proces.
I did an IRRL refinance and had a great experience. It was quick and the agents were very clear and helpful.
