The loan officers that I had went above and beyond to answer any questions and to accommodate any requests that were made.
Easy and quick process.
Communication throughout the process was just awful. On 2 separate occasions I had appointments with mobile notaries to sign closing documents. Both occasions I was called the morning of and told the appointment was cancelled. Both times it took a week or more after leaving messages and sending emails to get any communication back as to why. I explored many other companies during these long lapses in communication and if any were able to match your offer I would have taken my business elsewhere.
Everyone was very helpful in explaining the process and answering all my questions. I was able to close with a great rate in a shorter amount of time than expected.
