I had a good,fast,stress free experience. I really appreciate her and the teams proffessionism,it helped me tremendously,cause I wasn't goin to to refinance at first because I didn't want a hassle. Thanks MAC team.
Process started out great. Expectations were outlined. Communication after day one was shaken at times. Requests for documents were confusing at times. Asking for documentation though the portal and also to ignore portal and email the documents was confusing. Closing in 27 days was great even with a few frustrations along the way.
Kali was great with responding to all questions I asked. Hope to work with her again when or if I need another mortgage.
To clarify my first survey, In addition to the bad experiences with rude men, Mr Gillespie was the ONLY ONE with whom I worked I felt was courteous and honest and safe working to work with.
My loan team did a great job. The bank fees and closing costs were a bit high.

Everyone was great at Penny Mac from Eric, who initiated the refinance to Ronald Love who frequently called or emailed to let me know where in the process my loan was.
More communication. A phone number that puts you in direct contact with your loan specialist. Having to call one generic number isn’t helpful at all!
