Loan process was painful
Your staff is what made it great. It was not the deal exactly. Let me say I got the deal I wanted but not necessarily the deal I had hoped for but that difference is on me and my wanting to ensure I got the 2.75% interest rate. So I broke my own rules and paid points. Something I have always resisted in my mortgage shopping history. I didn't have confidence the dip would slip lower to a 2.75% rate without the points. If so I wonder if you have a "Lowest Rate Guarantee" program to help?
DIt was a very easy process!! On the few times that I called, my questions were answered and always vert helpful and professional!!
From the start of the refinancing application, the process was explained to us in details of what to expect. We get updates or status of our loan application occasionally. The loan process was smooth and was closed on time as promised. Kudos to the Pennymac team especially to Ms. Elizabeth Estrada for keeping us updated regularly. Kristen was very helpful answering any questions I had. It is a little difficult trying to get into contact with whoever your rep is without having a direct phone line to call, or an extension to dial, that would be my recommendation to change that, but certainly not Kristens fault.
A one-time list of all required documents would be more efficient than getting numerous requests for one or two documents at a time. Also, because the process took so long I had to submit a number of documents more than once.
