It was just a great experience all around.
Ashley Tolliver was a great communicator. If I sent her an email she would respond immediately, in minutes, every time. Robert Dickey was very pleasant to work with and was very flexible. Any time I wanted to change something or had a question it was no problem for him. Really a great experience and I believe the process only took about 30 days!
My biggest complaint was the increase of the APR from the original loan disclosure to closing with limited explanation of why? Overall I appreciated the process as I knew the folks I worked with were swamped with refi's while dealing with challenges from coronavirus.
Kristen, Juan, and the MAC team are superb enablers. They met my expectations throughout the entire process. I will definitely do business again with this impressive team. Thanks a million!
