The process was a little slow. But overall was great
The final cost to close was not accurate. I was told 3 different amounts and none of them matched. It took calling and emailing several people, several different times before it was cleared up. The closing document on esign was not correct so I would not sign it. Because of lack of communication, and not having the correct cost to close, I emailed the notary and canceled so their time wouldn't be wasted.
You handled my loan processing very professionally and smoothly. It was a pleasure to work with you.

Everything was quick and easy.
The application process was very easy and streamlined. The only thing I would have liked is more than one communication per week because it can be an anxious time. When I did call, I liked that someone on the team would answer and had access to your information so you didn’t have to wait on just one person.
Being able to get ahold of our loan officer or even getting a call back after leaving several messages.
Since I was already with Penny Mac the ease of the process was a great benefit.
